A little about myself and my work. My name is Andris (Andreas), and I started making dreadlocks 15 years ago. It all began with creating and maintaining my own dreadlocks. László was the one who started me on this journey: he crafted the hairstyle I had always dreamed of, and later taught me how to maintain it myself. To this day, I’m more than happy to teach any of my clients how to care for their own dreadlocks.

Later, I began maintaining other people’s dreadlocks, first as practice, and then as a part-time job. Then came the beginning of a great adventure at a festival. I met Kornél, the master of hair! He taught me the felting technique, which, combined with what I had already learned, defines my work to this day.

My dear wife, Dius, who learned the craft of dreadlock-making from me, now leads the braiding section. One beautiful day, she came to me to create her dream hairstyle, and the bumpy road of hairstyling brought us together. Since then, we’ve been by each other’s sides through thick and thin.
